A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to the aha moku advisory committee.
BE IT
ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 288, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, is amended by amending section 5 to read as follows:
"SECTION
5. This Act shall take effect on July 1,
2012[.], and shall be repealed on July 1, 2021."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on June 20, 2021.
