Summary

Authorizes the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) to enter into agreements with the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to obtain the aid and cooperation of DPS's Sheriff Division to provide security services to protect HPHA's residents, staff, buildings, and lands. Effective July 1, 2050. (SB312 HD1)
