Summary
Requires the University of Hawaii to develop a single articulation pathway that allows students who complete an associate degree in a field relating to early childhood education to pursue a common curriculum in early childhood education that will articulate, without alteration, with a related baccalaureate degree program at another University of Hawaii campus. Establishes an early childhood education articulation working group to assist the University of Hawaii in developing the articulation pathway. Requires reports to the Legislature.
