Summary

Removes superintendent of education from Kaneohe Bay Regional Council. No longer requires Council chair to be nongovernmental member who may not serve more than 2 consecutive years. Requires quarterly master plan meetings and report on council mission and function relevancy and need for change. (HB2441 HD1)
