Summary

Makes removing or attempting to deprive a law enforcement officer of the law enforcement officer's firearm a class C felony, to be known as "resisting arrest in the first degree". Specifies that the misdemeanor offense of resisting arrest is resisting arrest in the second degree. Effective January 7, 2059. (HB2313 HD2)
