Summary
Requires office of Hawaiian affairs to develop and administer the kupuna honorary degree program, which may award the pohaku degree, intended to be Hawaii's equivalent to the Nobel Prize, to eligible Hawaiian kupuna worldwide. (HB1796 HD1)
