Summary

Repeals provision requiring counties to adopt ordinances regulating agricultural tourism as a precondition for allowing agricultural tourism activities in an agricultural district. Allows agricultural commerce, rather than agricultural tourism, in an agricultural district. (HB1194 HD1)
