Summary

Providing that "termination" for a senior justice or judge occurs when all employment ceases and the justice or judge retires from the Florida Retirement System; providing that a senior justice or judge is not subject to certain specified limitations on employment after retirement; increasing by specified amounts the required employer contribution rates of the Florida Retirement System and the required employer contribution rates for the unfunded actuarial liability of the Florida Retirement System, etc.
