Designating the "Reproductive Health Care Protections Act"; providing a legislative finding; providing that each person has certain fundamental rights related to reproductive health care; prohibiting a person, the state, a local governmental entity, or any political subdivision of the state from discriminating against, denying, unduly burdening, or interfering with a person's exercise of such fundamental rights; deleting the definition of the term "fatal fetal abnormality"; revising the timeframe in which a termination of pregnancy is allowed, etc.
