AN ACT ALLOWING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES PROVIDERS TO CARRY A FIREARM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow emergency medical services providers to carry a firearm while on duty, provided they have a permit to carry such firearm.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow emergency medical services providers to carry a firearm if they have a permit.
