AN ACT CONCERNING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY ICE CREAM VENDOR PERMITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the issuance of a temporary ice cream vendor permit not later than five days after submission of a complete application for such permit, subject to a criminal background check.
Statement of Purpose:
To expedite the temporary permit process for ice cream vendors.
