AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE TRAILS ON STATE-OWNED LANDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the establishment of all-terrain vehicle riding trails on state-owned lands.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the establishment of all-terrain vehicle trails on state lands.
