Summary

To prohibit certain health insurers from denying, or making any distinction or discrimination in, coverage for an epinephrine cartridge injector administered to an insured by a third party who provided or administered the injector to the insured to provide an emergency first aid response for an allergic reaction, regardless of whether the insured held a valid prescription for such injector.
