Summary

To allow a federal employee in the state who is furloughed or required to work with no pay during a federal government shutdown to file a personal income tax filing extension without payment of estimated state tax owed, and to exempt such employee from penalty or interest on personal income tax owed for the taxable year for which such extension is filed.
