AN ACT
amending title 8, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 8‑809; amending title 41, chapter 6, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, by adding section 41-1014; relating to the department of child safety.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1. Title 8, chapter 4, article 8, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 8-809, to read:
8-809. Parents' rights; information on website; rule changes
A. The department shall provide on its website information on parents' rights and other information to assist parents and guardians in understanding the process of removal of a child from the home.
B. The department shall provide on its home page a conspicuous link to the information prescribed in subsection A of this section.
C. The department shall publish on its website any final rule within ten days after the department files the final rule with the secretary of state.
Sec. 2. Title 41, chapter 6, article 2, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding section 41-1014, to read:
41-1014. Department of child safety; final rules
The secretary of state shall publish on its website any final rule of the department of child safety within ten days after the final rule is filed with the secretary of state.
