An Act

 

appropriating monies to the department of transportation.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; department of transportation; State Route 24; connector route

The sum of $15,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the department of transportation to distribute to Pinal county to acquire right of way to extend State Route 24 and to develop a connector route that extends from State Route 24 along the central Arizona project canal alignment.
