Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriations; building systems; capital improvement plans

The following sums are appropriated from the following funds in fiscal year 2022-2023 for building system capital improvement plans that were submitted by October 15, 2021 pursuant to section 41-793, subsection B, Arizona Revised Statutes:

1. Department of administration                $157,161,000

Fund sources:

      State general fund                        $155,525,000

      Game and fish fund                        $ 1,459,600

      State lottery fund                        $ 176,400

2. Department of transportation                $ 31,136,200

Fund sources:

      State aviation fund                       $ 467,800

      State highway fund                        $ 30,668,400

3. Arizona board of regents                    $453,910,000

Fund sources:

      State general fund                        $201,446,500
