A BILL to amend and reenact §64-6-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Division of Emergency Management to promulgate a legislative rule relating to National Flood Insurance Program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 6. Authorization for Department of homeland security to promulgate legislative rules.

§64-6-1. Division of Emergency Management.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2022, authorized under the authority of §15-5-20b of this code, modified by the Division of Emergency Management Security to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 15, 2022, relating to the Division of Emergency Management (National Flood Insurance Program, 170 CSR 07), is authorized.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Division of Emergency Management to promulgate a legislative rule relating to National Flood Insurance Program.
