A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners in Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to application for waiver of initial licensing fees for certain individuals.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Examiners in Counseling.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 26, 2019, authorized under the authority of §30-1-23 of this code, modified by the Board of Examiners in Counseling to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 9, 2019, relating to the Board of Examiners in Counseling (application for waiver of initial licensing fees for certain individuals, 27 CSR 13), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Examiners in Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to application for waiver of initial licensing fees for certain individuals.
