A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Licensed Professional Counselors Fees Rule.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for Miscellanous Agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Counseling.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 30, 2021, authorized under the authority of §30-31-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Counseling to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 13, 2021, relating to the Board of Counseling (Licensed Professional Counselors Fees Rule, 27 CSR 02), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Counseling to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Licensed Professional Counselors Fees Rule.
