A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Occupational Therapy to promulgate a legislative rule relating to telehealth practice; requirements, definitions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous agencies and boards to promulgate legislative rules.
§64-9-1. Board of Occupational Therapy.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 10, 2020, authorized under the authority of §30-28-7 of this code, relating to the Board of Occupational Therapy (telehealth practice; requirements, definitions, 13 CSR 09), is authorized.
