Bill Title: Relating generally to in-field master’s degree

It would be difficult to determine the fiscal impact of this bill as the WVDE would not know how many teachers who currently hold a license who may be currently employed or become employed in the future who may complete or have completed a master's degree and would apply for such advanced salary classification.
Please explain increases and decreases in personal services, current expenses, repairs and alterations, assets, other costs and revenues, including assumptions and data sources and delineation between start-up and ongoing costs. Please also include a long-range schedule of costs and revenues if fiscal impact is expected to vary in future years.
Please identify any areas of vagueness, technical defects, reasons a bill would not have a fiscal impact, and/or any special issues not captured elsewhere on this form.
