Summary
The purpose of this bill is to further permit the use of electronic commerce. The Auditor and Treasurer are granted the discretion to require electronic filing of documents and to waive any requirements in such filing and the certification, notarization or verification of those documents. The bill also defines the term "document" and permits the sale or disposal of property by electronic commerce.
