Summary
The purpose of this bill is to require new commercial and industrial customers to pay for the construction of any expanded or upgraded public service district facilities if the district’s present facilities are insufficient to serve the needs of that commercial or industrial consumer. The bill prohibits any costs being passed on to present consumers.
