Summary

The purpose of this bill is to eliminate eligibility for parole for the offenses of abuse, neglect or death of an incapacitated adult, murder of a child by parent, guardian or custodian, death of a child by parent, guardian or custodian by child abuse, child neglect resulting in death, or sexual abuse of a child by parent, guardian or custodian.
