The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. for House Bill 4431—H. B. 4431 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §61-12-15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner; and permitting the cremation of unidentified remains.
