Summary

Firefighter's Fertility Protection Act; local government employees; health insurance program; fertility services. Requires that a health insurance plan established by the Department of Human Resource Management for employees of local governments, local officers, teachers, and retirees, and the dependents of such employees, officers, teachers, and retirees, shall include coverage for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility and for standard fertility preservation procedures, defined in the bill.
