Summary

Insurance information; posting on insurer's website. Authorizes any property and casualty insurer to post property and casualty insurance forms and endorsements on the insurer's publicly available website in lieu of any other method of delivery upon complying with conditions, including a requirement that the insurer gives written notice, at time of the issuance of the initial policy and any renewal, of a method by which policyholders may obtain a paper or electronic copy of their policy or contract.
