Summary

Trespass; physical interference with rights of owner; penalty. Provides that a person who trespasses on the property of another in any manner to physically interfere with the right of the owner, user, or occupant of the property to use such property free from such physical interference is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, or Class 6 felony if the trespass constitutes a hate crime. Currently, there is no requirement that the interference be physical.
