Summary
Allows a participant in a health flexible spending arrangement to carry over any portion of the balance in such participant's account at the end of the 2020 plan year to the plan year beginning in 2021.
Title
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for the carryover of the remaining 2020 balance in health flexible spending arrangements.
