Summary

Amends the Wool Suit and Textile Trade Extension Act of 2004 to require the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to make certain additional payments from the Wool Apparel Manufacturers Trust Fund (consisting of duties paid on imported wool) to each wool manufacturer that provides to the Bureau in a year in which a payment may otherwise be payable an affidavit stating that it remains a wool manufacturer in the United States.
