Amend HB 624 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 8, strike "PROTOCOLS" and substitute "OPERATING GUIDELINES".

(2)  On page 2, lines 2 and 7, strike "protocols" and substitute "operating guidelines" each place the term appears.

(3)  On page 2, line 9, strike "protocols" and substitute "guidelines".

(4)  On page 2, line 6, strike "emergency medical services and trauma care system" and substitute "trauma service area regional advisory council".

(5)  On page 2, lines 8 and 9, strike "covered by the system" and substitute "served by the council".

(6)  On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "emergency medical services and trauma care system" and substitute "trauma service area regional advisory council".

(7)  On page 2, line 13, strike "protocols" and substitute "operating guidelines".
