Bill Title: As introduced, to the extent authorized by federal law, requires the department to conduct background checks on an applicant's criminal history in the eight years, instead of seven years, prior to applying to a food program administered by the department to determine if anything in the criminal history would make the applicant's sponsoring organization ineligible to participate in the food program. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 50.
