Summary
As introduced, to the extent authorized by federal law, requires the department to conduct background checks on an applicant's criminal history in the eight years, instead of seven years, prior to applying to a food program administered by the department to determine if anything in the criminal history would make the applicant's sponsoring organization ineligible to participate in the food program. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 50.
