Bill Title: As introduced, requires a judge or chancellor in Dickson and Cheatham counties to dismiss any salary petition filed by a county official if the judge or chancellor determines that the county official and the deputy, deputies, and assistants in that office are able to properly and efficiently conduct the affairs and transact the business of the office within the budget presently established by the county legislative body for that office. - Amends TCA Section 8-20-101.
