Bill Title: As introduced, requires a court to conduct a needs-based hearing for a criminal offense involving domestic violence in which the alleged abuser is a law enforcement officer or the holder of a valid hunting and fishing license or permit to determine on a case-by-case basis whether to return prior to the disposition of a case any weapons that were seized. - Amends TCA Title 36, Chapter 3, Part 6.
