Summary

As introduced, allows a child found to be dependent or neglected to be committed or confined to an institution or other facility designed or operated for the benefit of delinquent children if the court finds by a preponderance of the evidence that the child may pose a risk of harm to the child's self or others and is in need of intensive services. - Amends TCA Title 37.
