Summary

As introduced, reduces from five years to two years the amount of time that a qualified 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) must be continuously operating in this state to qualify for and conduct an annual nonprofit gaming event. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 17; Title 4; Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 6 and Title 39, Chapter 17, Part 5.
