Summary

As introduced, establishes an extended juvenile court jurisdiction pilot project through which a juvenile court in Davidson County or Shelby County may choose to proceed with a case against a juvenile that could be transferred to criminal court as an extended juvenile court jurisdiction case and allow the youth to remain under the jurisdiction of the juvenile court until the age of 24. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1.
