Summary
As introduced, authorizes the department of revenue, in cooperation with other governmental agencies or interested nonprofit organizations, to publicize to potential participants the availability, under the Precious Cargo Act of 2021, of a designation within the Tennessee Vehicle Title and Registration System (VTRS) database of a need for assistance with expressive language or communicating needs to first responders. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 54; Title 55; Title 65 and Title 67.
