Summary

As introduced, deletes provision establishing that all persons employed in a position for which no teaching license is required are at-will employees of the director of schools; extends the due process protections provided to nontenured, licensed employees dismissed by the director of schools to all persons employed in a position for which no teaching license is required. - Amends TCA Title 49.
