Summary

As introduced, provides that a civil cause of action exists for an intentional assault upon educational personnel by any person on school grounds or in vehicles owned, leased, or under contract by the LEA and used for transporting students or faculty, even if such assault occurs outside of school hours or school functions. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 13; Title 40 and Title 49.
