A Bill To Amend Section 37, Part Ib Of Act 291 Of 2010, An Act To Make Appropriations And To Provide Revenues To Meet The Ordinary Expenses Of State Government For The Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2010, By Adding Section 37.19 To Provide That Water Recreational Resource Funds Apportioned Among The Counties Shall Be Transferred To The School Districts Of The Counties, And To Provide That Of Monies Accumulated In The State Water Recreation Fund Not Yet Appropriated To The Counties, Fifty Percent Shall Be Transferred To The Counties And Transferred To The School Districts Of The Counties.
