Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 28-2-35, So As To Provide That A Person Or Entity With The Power Of Condemnation Must Hold A Public Meeting To Disclose The Likelihood Of Condemnation On Surrounding Properties When Purchasing New Real Property Or Changing The Use Of Real Property Which The Person Or Entity Already Owns.
