Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 59-103-45, Relating To Additional Duties And Functions Of Commission Regarding Public Institutions Of Higher Learning, So As To Establish And Mandate A Pathway For Full Articulation Agreements Between Technical Colleges And Four-year Public Institutions Leading To A Baccalaureate Degree In Education, To Further Provide An Annual Report Of Any Institution Preventing The Commission From Carrying Out Its Duties And Functions.
