Summary

Require The Appropriate Entity Charged With Conducting Elections To Publish Notice Of A Polling Place Change At Least Ten Days Before The First Election Held After The Polling Place Change On The Entity's Internet Website, If The Entity Maintains A Site, And In A Newspaper Of General Circulation In The County, And To Mail Notice Of The Polling Place Change At Least Ten Days Before The First Election Held After The Polling Place Change To All Affected Households With At Least One Registered Voter.
