Summary

Provide That If The Term Of A Solicitor Who Has Retired And Continues To Serve As A Solicitor Begins Before The End Of The Calendar Year In Which The Solicitor Attains The Age Of Seventy-two Years, Then The Solicitor May Continue To Serve As Solicitor And Receive A Retirement Benefit Until The End Of The Solicitor's Term.
