Summary
Amend Section 40-11-410, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Classifications And Subclassifications Of Contractor Licenses Subject To Regulation By The South Carolina Contractors' Licensing Board, So As To Require The Licensure Of Residential Swimming Pool Contractors, And To Revise The Scope Of Regulated Functions To Include Pool Foundations.
