Summary
An Act Relating To State Affairs And Government - Taxation - Tax Sales: would provide that in the event of a tax sale of real property the tax collector would notify RIHMFC not less than 40 days prior to the date of sale and notify the department of elderly affairs 40 days prior to the date of sale an abatement of taxes
