  Prohibits distribution of list of electors that indicates
whether elector cast ballot in election until day after date of
election.

                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to lists of electors.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Sections 2 and 3 of this 2013 Act are added to
and made a part of ORS chapter 254. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + Section 3 of this 2013 Act shall be known and
may be cited as the Voter Privacy Act. + }
  SECTION 3.  { + The Secretary of State or county clerk may not
distribute or otherwise make available any list of electors that
indicates whether an elector cast a ballot in an election until
the day after the date of the election. + }
